LetsGetChecked - Case Study

The Brief:

Martinsen Mayer partnered up with LetsGetChecked, one of the fastest growing MedTech start-ups, to help them scale their tech team in order to keep pace with their exponential growth having recently completed another successful round of funding

This required Martinsen Mayer to have two dedicated recruiters onsite to source, interview and co-ordinate the hiring of LetsGetChecked’s latest batch of technical talent. The remit was to take ownership of the entire tech recruitment function - this required us to recruit for a multitude of roles, including Software Engineers, DevOps, Mobile, Product Managers, QA, Design and Security.

 

What we achieved:

  • Succeeded in streamlining the tech recruitment process - Improved several recruitment processes, including:
    - Hiring - Formalised and streamlined the hiring process throughout
    - Time to hire - Reduced the time to hire of CV source to offer to an average turnaround time of just 3 weeks
    - Candidate engagement - Improved the candidate experience, whether they were hired or not
  • More engaged/informative hiring process - Weekly tech recruitment meetings outlining recruitment pipeline, consulting on hiring decisions, focus roles and action plan
  • Marketing and Sourcing - Access to and use of our LinkedIn Recruiter license to proactively source candidates and advertise job posts. Additional marketing provided through our channels
  • Delivery - We succeeded in filling more than 30 tech roles
    - Averaging more than 5 a month
    - This included strategic roles such as a Software Engineering Manager & Release Manager
